Delete in the app
Open Tower Boss and go to Settings → Account → Delete account and cloud data. Read the warning and tap the final confirmation button only if you want to delete the account. Deletion takes effect on the server immediately.
Deleting your game account does not delete data in your Google account, such as Google Play payment methods.
If you cannot access the app
Send a deletion request by email. Include the account identifier shown under Settings → Account in the game and say whether you linked the account with Google. Do not send a password, Google ID token, purchase token, or any other secret. If an extra step is needed to verify that the account is yours, we will reply with a safe method. Requests are completed within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
- Guest account, sign-in keys, and all sessions
- Google account link
- Cloud save (backup of your game progress)
- Permanent entitlements, pending rewards, and dollar pack records on the account
- Rewarded ad and Patron Pack reward records
Data that may be retained
Google Play purchase records (product, purchase token, order number, state, and time) are detached from the account and kept only as long as legally required for refunds, fraud prevention, and financial obligations. One-way hashes of AdMob transaction numbers may be kept independently of any account to prevent a reward from being granted again. Copies in server backups are deleted within 30 days.
The Patron Pack and cosmetics stay tied to your Google Play account and can be restored to a new game account after reinstalling with the same Google Play account. Deleted progress and in-game dollars are not restored.
The save on your device
The local game save on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings.
