Delete in the app
Open Cargo Town and go to Settings → Account / Cloud Save → Delete account and cloud data. Read the permanent deletion warning and tap the final confirmation button only if you want to delete the account.
After completion, the cloud account, sign-in links, active sessions, preferences, cloud progress, in-game wallet, and ad reward records are deleted. The game returns to the preserved local prototype on that device.
If you cannot access the app
Send a Cargo Town data deletion request. Include the platform you used and, if available, the account identifier shown in the game. Do not send a password, Google ID token, purchase token, or any other secret. If more information is needed to verify ownership, support will reply with safe steps.
Records that may be retained
Google Play purchase records may be retained only as needed for refunds, fraud prevention, and financial reconciliation. A one-way restoration hash allows a verified “Remove Ads” entitlement on the same Google Play and linked Google account to be restored to a new Cargo Town game account. This does not restore deleted progress, wallet data, or old sign-in links.
